PNNL Solution:
- Renewable Bead-based immunoassay column more efficient than existing manual methods
- Improvement in analysis time
- Optional recirculation of sample to enhance analyte capture
- Successfully demonstrated for TNT, pesticide/herbicide detection and Botulinum toxin detection in water
Capabilities Employed to Meet Client Needs: System architecture; mesofluidics; renewable column technology; sample cell with magnetic column or rotating rod column for reliable sample exchange.
