PNNL Solution:
- Apply advanced statistical analysis algorithms to MALDI-MS data to identify unique biological component patterns
- Implement MALDI-MS bacteria libraries to allow rapid characterization of samples
- Demonstrated successfully on mixed bacteria samples
Capabilities Employed to Meet Client Needs: Algoworks peak detection algorithm (PNNL patent); experimental design; characterization of MALDI-MS process; MATLAB algorithms.
