- Assemble field-portable Raman spectrometer for non-invasive analysis of unknown chemicals
- Establish procedure safety
- Establish measurement method for routine use by field staff
- Demonstrate performance for single and mixed chemical samples in a double blind test
- Document method and test results
- Publish results
