- Analyzed event data for the development of needed tools utilizing PNNL's Electricity Infrastructure Operations Center (EIOC) resources
- Leveraged grid stability vulnerability knowledge to establish effective corrective action strategies
- Assessed method effectiveness in EIOC operating environment
Capabilities Employed to Meet Client Needs: High fidelity simulation using industry standard Energy Management Software (EMS) and data models to establish a realistic operational environment, expertise in human factors and human performance to assess operator performance using various tools, control center tools, and under a variety of simulated grid operating conditions.
