PNNL Solution:

  • Identified optical signatures to allow remote sensing detection
  • Used remote optical & GIS methods to determine spatial distribution, timing, & dispersion
  • Provided early warning prediction of bloom events moving onshore

Capabilities Employed to Meet Client Needs (additional description): Imagery analysis; change detection, and multisensor data fusion.
