- Developed ultrasonic Synthetic Aperture Focusing Technique (SAFT) to inspect materials
- Demonstrated that SAFT method significantly improves inspection reliability for non-homogeneous, coarse-grain materials
- Validated operation on a broad range of reference and test samples
Capabilities Employed to Meet Client Needs: ultrasonic, embedded software (data acquisition, transmission, and storage, visualization, user interface), system integration.
